Our process: 

✨ We receive orders, orders are then sent confirmation emails, usually found in junk/spam folders. Our website doesn’t allow us to mark processed so we add early tracking for fulfillment. Tracking numbers are as well, emailed.

✨ Orders MAY take up to 10 days to process, PLUS shipping time.

✨ We do NOT refund or replace shipped, lost or stolen packages!!!!

✨ Once mailed, it is OUT OF OUR HANDS. Insurance can be purchased by BUYERS during checkout.

✨ I do NOT CANCEL or REFUND orders after their deadline for cancellation. No exceptions.

✨ We ship using USPS.
